Max Arella, PhD
President
Dr. Max Arella, Ph.D.has a wealth of experience in academic research, scientific consultation and the start up of technological companies. He has been a Consultant and Entrepreneur. Since 1984 he has held various Executive management positions and served on many Advisory Committee Boards in the Pharmaceutical industry and investment funds.
Dr. Arella is a retired Professor and former Chairman of the Virology Research Centre of INRS-Institute Armand-Frappier- University du Quebec and was Adjunct Professor of various Universities in Canada and abroad.
Dr. Arella received a PhD in Virology from the Institut Armand Frappier / Université de Rouen (France) in 1983 and Post-doctorate in Biotechnology at the Roche Institute of Molecular Biology, New Jersey (USA) in 1984. He holds an MSc in Microbiology and Immunology from University de Montreal (Canada) in 1979 and a BSc in Molecular Biology from University du Quebec a Montreal Canada in 1976. He is the author of hundreds of international publications, abstracts and co-author of 3 patents.
Tien Canh Le, PhD

Dr. Le Tien Canh, Ph.D. is a research scientist with a wide field of academic experience (M.SC. in Biology, M.Sc. in Chemistry and Ph.D. in Biochemistry) with diversified experience in both academic and the industrial sectors. Some of his previous professional positions include Vice President and Director Research Development for several biopharmaceutical companies. He specializes in various domains such as pharmaceutics, biomedical, and food nutrition. Dr. Canh is author of numerous patents, related to novel biotechnologies, biomaterials and medicinal products. His research targets the innovative technologies for oral pharmaceutical drugs based on peptides or proteins.
Rocco DiFruscia BSc
Commercial Affairs
Mr. Rocco Di Fruscia is a Businessman and Entreperneur and has a wealth of experience and has served as the President and/or Chief Executive Officer in a large number of national and international companies over the last 25 years.
During 2010, Mr. Di Fruscia pursued a post-graduate program in bio-chemistry at McGill University. He graduated from Concordia University in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Building Engineering.
Jeroen de Wilde MSc
Business Development
Jeroen de Wilde M.Sc. is a seasoned International Business Executive and Entrepreneur with almost 30 years of extensive international experience in North America, Europe and Asia. He has a very broad functional experience from General management, Business Development, Marketing & Sales to Manufacturing. His Operational experince covers managing multi-country P&L, start-ups, turn-arounds and acquisitions in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical and Supply Chain sector.
He holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands.
